Baltic Air and Logistic Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
• Manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
• Create and manage content for marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Plan and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, industry partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to adjust marketing strategies as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media marketing).
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, Google Analytics).
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
