Baltic Air and Logistic Company is seeking experienced Logistic Clearing and Shipping Officers to manage and oversee the clearing, shipping, and logistics operations. The successful candidates will ensure the efficient and compliant handling of all shipments and customs documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the clearing and forwarding of goods through customs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and process import/export documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices.
• Liaise with customs authorities and other regulatory bodies to facilitate the smooth clearance of goods.
• Arrange and monitor the transportation and delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, clearing, and logistics operations.
• Track and report on shipment status and resolve any issues that arise.
• Negotiate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other logistics providers to ensure cost-effective and efficient services.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in logistics, clearing, and shipping operations.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and import/export procedures.
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools (e.g., TMS, WMS, ERP systems).
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
