Baltic Air and Logistic Company is seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements.
• Conduct audits and manage budgets.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Provide financial analysis and forecasting.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing.
• Assist with financial planning and strategy development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
• At least three years of experience in accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
