Baltic Air and Logistic Company is seeking an experienced Construction Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure.
• Develop project specifications and cost estimates.
• Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support to construction teams.
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certification or licensure (e.g., COREN) is preferred.
• At least five years of experience in construction engineering or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
