Business Administration Manager

Baltic Air and Logistic Company is seeking an experienced Business Administration Manager to oversee and manage our administrative operations across multiple locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient business operations and will play a key role in strategic planning and business management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations of the company across all branches.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and manage administrative staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and operational reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
  • Manage procurement processes, including the purchase of supplies and equipment.
  • Analyze business performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and business development initiatives.
  • Handle contract negotiations and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing standards and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • At least five years of experience in business administration or a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business management software.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
