Baltic Air and Logistic Company is seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Engineer specializing in diesel engines for trucks. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of trucks, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in diesel engines.
- Perform regular maintenance and service checks on the truck fleet.
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure minimal downtime for vehicles.
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least five years of experience working with diesel engines, specifically in trucks.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with routine maintenance and major repairs.
- Good knowledge of mechanical systems and components.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
